GYM
In the gym there is a specific area with machines for warming-up and cardiovascular exercise: rowing machines, bicycles, treadmills and cross trainers. The gym offers great opportunities to work out and is adapted to fit the public at large, with the possibility to further develop from simple and safe exercise routines for beginners (mostly
using machines) to those with more experience who wish to work out focusing more on balance and coordination (a combination of machines and free weights).
